Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Rules

You can cancel and refund any course or subscription you purchase for any reason within 7 days of purchasing. 

Here are a few points to keep in mind regarding the refund process:

  • If you want to use your refund amount for another course or subscription, just email our Support team at mail@the-accel.com.
  • No refunds will be given if you ask after the 7 days.
  • If we agree to give you a refund, you'll get your money back in 7-14 days using the way you paid. If it's taking longer, please check with your bank.
  • Please ask us directly for refunds and avoid using other methods like chargebacks. If you do, we'll have to give all the details, including our chats and proof of the service you got from us.
  • If there's a chargeback issue, getting your money back might take up to 50 business days.

2. How to Cancel

  • If you want to cancel a COURSE, just email us at mail@the-accel.com.
  • For cancelling a SUBSCRIPTION, also email us at mail@the-accel.com.
  • Our support team will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days after your request.
  • If you don't hear back from us in 2 business days, we'll use the date of your first email as the official cancellation date.
